Nothing gets me out of the house like freshly fallen snow.
This morning I walked north along the Isar River and through the English Garden, visiting its biergartens along the way.
I wasn’t the only one in the park, but I was completely alone for much of my walk. I made plenty of fresh footprints.
Days like this remind me how lucky I am to live in Munich.
“Days like this remind me how lucky I am to live in Munich.”
Word.
Munich is definitely a pretty pretty city!
Sometimes I forget that not every city has such enormous expanses of park. It’s pretty cool.
Lovely pics! Snow has a way of softening all the rough places and making everything so peaceful.
Beautiful pictures! Germany is definitely on my husband’s “top 5” countries to visit.

Beautiful pictures. Makes me want to visit there too. My list just keeps getting longer. 🙂
I’m with HH on this one. Lucky, that’s what we are.
I love a proper snowy walk. It’s part of the joy of winter!

I used to work in Nuremberg a lot. Not far from you! Munich is so lovely.
Okay, I thought that I was entirely sick of the snow until I saw these photos. So gorgeous! Still, I think I’ll visit Germany when it’s warm and sunshiney. 🙂
